About Southern Transdanubia: Diversified, picturesque land.
Mediterranean downhills, valleys, sinuous rivers, woods, lakes and vineyards make the land amazing. There are lots of natural sights, national monuments, art and cultural programmes and sights.

About Harkány:
Harkány is on the southern boarder of the country in the county of Baranya. It’s 10 km far from the Croatian boarder, next to the hill of Villány and in the valley of the River Dráva. The nearest city – well-known in Europe – is Pécs, that is only 25 km from here.

People come to Harkány because of its sulphur medicinal water for approximately 200 years, from all over the world. It’s reffered to as the Mecca of rheumatics for a long while.

Its water is good for not just rheumatic, but for digestive system, gynacological, cutaneous for example psoriasis diseases.

Dráva is one of the clearest water in Europe, which has perfect casts and you can make boat trips there and enjoy all beauty of the Duna-Dráva National Park.
